my credit card company sold on my debt to a another company but in the mean time i sued my credit card company for overcharging and won but this debt recovery co are insisting on me to pay them how do i stand

They are two different things.

You still owe the credit card debt and should pay it.

If you have not received the money from the original company following the court case, you should start enforcement proceedings through the court.
