I am involved n a dispute over my late husbands will. I have been told that case law of 2007 Aston v Aston covers a case similar to mine. Could anyone give me any more details of this case?

I believe it was a case about probate law for a widow when the marriage has ended before the husband's death and there are now special guidelines for the court to follow when a spouse who survives their husband applies to the court.

Barmaid should be able to help more if she's about.
