Ugg boots.

Has anyone any experience of buying these boots from the Real Ugg boot shop in Australia. How long does it take them to arrive, I ordered a pair on the 9th November and they tell me via e mail that they were posted on the 11th so I'm getting a bit worried.

You don't mention what postage they used?
They may use have used surface mail in which case your boots can take up to 6 weeks to arrive
Do you have a tracking number?

Thanks for replying ojread2, no I don't have a tracking number and I have been told by a friend that if its surface mail then as you say it can take weeks. I got another e mail today from the company and they say to wait another 10 days, if they still haven't arrived then to contact them again.

Out of interest how did you pay for them?
When/if you do have to contact them again make sure you ask for their method of shipping and any tracking number they may have - I'm not sure where your rights stand buying from Oz with regard to getting your money back. If you paid by card with the Visa logo (debit or credit) and it was over �100 then you may be able to do a charge back on that
