Does anyone know how to go about gaining information from the local council by using the FOIA? Is there a form or legal process that requires representation? Have you been through the process? Any help/advice would be welcome. Thank you.

in essence, it has to be in writing but email will do, and has to have your contact details on. IF You ring the council, they will have a person who deals with it who should be able to answer all your q's
