Hi, please can anyone help me with this quetion, I need know why it is important to respect customer and rganisation confidentiality, as part of an essay question for my NVQ.
At least you have the decency to tell us you need the answer for your NVQ, so thanks for that.
As buidlersmate has said, the best thing to do with all NVQ questions is to turn them around. How would your customer feel if they found you were telling everyone how much money he made, or who his best customers were.
If you were the customer, how would you feel if I told everyone what you bought, how much you paid, what your credit card details were, where you lived etc etc ?
