my rights to sick pay

i work part time 16 hrs a week am i entitled to sick pay? (scottish law), i was of ill for 2 weeks and produced a sick note,and was told i dont earn enough to be entitled to statuary sick pay, can anyone confirm this is right.

To be entitled to SSP you have to earn more than �95 a week no matter what hours

But read it properly because if you are not entitled then there are other options

'If you cannot get SSP, for example, because you do not earn enough or if you have been off sick for more than 28 weeks, your employer will give you form SSP1 and tell you why. You can use form SSP1 to claim Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) from your local Jobcentre Plus office if you are not entitled to either SSP or contractual sick pay. '
