i got a financial penalty of �200 from the courts for theft but never got a criminal record i now need a disclosure for a cleaning job i am going for will that show up on the disclosure

i dont know but i got a letter from the court saying i having got a criminal record plus they said it wont show up on a criminal record check if any job dose on but it will stay with me for 2 years

Is there a typo in your reply- when you said '...i having got a criminal record' did you mean to type 'I haven't got a criminal record'?

yes sorry i havent got a criminal record the court said

it was for theft but they say it wont be on my record for a criminal check but it will show up on a police check but not on a employers check
