House sale
Hi
My partner and i are still married. We are not legally seperated but living apart. We own the house as Joint Tenants. We both have agreed to sell the house. For 2 years the house has remained unsold. Iniktially it was at £465,000. Thyen reduced to £400,000. Due to the recession there has been NOinterest. I went o the estate agents and reduced it further to £350,000. The sale sign went up. Soon after my husband came rto me and said that he was refusing to sell it so low. He went to estate agents and they put it back to £400,000. The agents said that they always had to go with higher price. What are my legal rights and entitlements? What should i do?
Thanks
