If a solicitor/executor refuses for over three years to allow the other executors to see the estate file, then after remuneration, it is provided, other executors are told, it is complete and the same as went for remuneration. But we now know over 60 documents are missing

Whats the question???
So solicitors dealt with the estate but would not let the executors see their file for three years then, when it was provided after the solicitors had been paid, it has come to light over 60 documents are missing which should have been in the file.

I'm guessing you're asking what can be done about it?

What was missing and what effect has it had? Were they missing from the estate being sorted or just missing from the documentation handed back?

Do you know how they went missing? Eg never given to solicitors, lost by solicitors, not lost but just not in the file?

Has anyone raised it with the solicitors?
Sorry, I'm not sure I follow the question - for example the bit about "and the same as went for remuneration"- apart from the fact that 60 documents are missing. What are the documents?
