When i am at work we work a 8hr shift 30mins for lunch and two 10min breaks now these are the only times are allowed to go to the toilet. Now i don't know if this is just me but this has to be against some law.

When you need to go you need to go.

just keep a wide neck bottle under your desk incase
what happens if you suffer from a bladder infection or diarrohea??
Go when you want to. Let the employer take disciplinary action. If he sacks you go through the appeal. If that fails go to a tribunal. Get your union to help you. What? Not in one?
I used to be the only member of staff in a public library - I had to work through my breaks and I couldn't go to the toilet cos I was then leaving the library unmanned. I did it for 4 years and it wasn't ever a problem, even when I was pregnant. How much do you drink that you need to go to the toilet more than 3 times throughout your working day? If you also go at the start and end of your shift that's 5 times in what - 8 hours? That seems a lot. If you have a health problem maybe you could get a dr's note.
one time my manager followed me into the toilet the one time i said i had to go. DEAR GOD
When I started work as a BT operator we had to switch on a light if we went to the loo. There were two lights and you weren't allowed to go if both were on.
Once a day .. or a potty. That's yer lot, sorry.
