Does runing from court affect next apply for J-1 visa?

i went to USA in summer 2010. And I had J-1 visa. During stay i suspected as thief. But i didn't do that. So i was afraid and went to my country before court day. So this summer i want apply J-1 visa again. It will be ok?

they will not allow you in the country

joko, they might let her in to arrest her when she lands. Saves them having to extradite her if she pays her own way there.
