A fractured cheek bone is above the 'ABH' level, and hence definitely within 'GBH'. See paragraphs 45 to 58 here:

However it's not life-threatening, or likely to lead to permanent disfigurement or disability, so it would not qualify as 'grave'.

are you 100% sure that this is not seen as a 'grave' injury in the SGC guidelines and if so what is the range I am looking at?
How did it happen?

Norrin:
Your own counsel has predicted a suspended sentence. As I wrote previously, he's likely to be correct (or, possibly, you could receive a 'high level' community order).

However it would be foolish not to pack a bag when you're due to appear before the court for sentencing. (A practical hint: Keep hold of your bag if possible. If you're not permitted to take it into the dock, give it to a court official or a member of the court's security staff. If you hand it to your barrister, or to a member of your family, they won't be able to get it to you if you're 'sent down' - which, as I've indicated, I still think is reasonably unlikely anyway).
