Rights for those made to work with Prisoners.
5 Answers
A lot has been written about prisoners being used as cheap labour for local councils and also about 'prisoners rights' but if a council brings in prisoners to work among the normal workers, what rights do those workers have? Should they know what these prisoners crimes were? Should they know what category prisoners they are and should the prisoners be supervised? Should a normal 'foreman' be responsible for supervising the prisoners without knowing more about them?
I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this but haven't had a lot of luck searching out any answers elsewhere.
