Some prisonerss can go out every day and have to report back every night. Because he is a celebrity of some sort then, of course, The Sun has to make a huge story of it. I don't see any problem at all. He is not a danger to anyone and won't be driving.
Well, at the risk of incuring the ire of everyone here, I think it's right and proper that his own child has a much normal contact with his father as possible. This is not to denigrate the memory of the two lads he killed at all, or for his own sorry carcass, but if we are to not exaccerbate the situation and make another child suffer then I think it was the right decision. On a note that might make people feel better, if you are released from prison on compasisonate grounds for a day, it's so much worse when you go back it's almost indescribable, so he won't be feeling great about it.
I know this could be a tricky situation but that little boy will have other birthdays to share with his Dad unlike the victims' families who will share no more birthdays with their children.
