He's pretending to be anti whatever that company Lee the mayor from Erinstown stands for, but really he's working for them in Erisborough. Also he knew about the buried skeleton prank but wasn't letting on to Harold. I'm not sure though if he knew because one of the current cast told him or because he remembered it from Clive the medical student when Neighbours was first on (yes, I'm that much of an anorack).
