Lighter Life is a drastic diet. You have to be very overweight to be accepted and also to have your doctor's approval. My daughter did it - you have to eat their food and nothing else and they know if you have transgressed. She was in tears sometimes but persevered. She has now put some back on and was wondering whether to do it again but her husband said no because he reckoned she was full of wind when she was doing it and it was very smelly. There you are - you have been warned!
Well Pauline can afford to get something done about sagging skin when she has reached her target weight.
Some very overweight people don't suffer from sagging skin when they lose weight because their skin still has a lot of elasticity. It is the look of the draw.
Looking at the photo her neck and chin area look quite firm, unless she's been photoshopped.
