At least I think it was.  It's really bouncy, happy song, mostly instrumental i think, with trumpets.  Quite old and I think it's by a black guy.  I've checked the soundtrack listing on IMDB.com and Amazon but none of the tracks seem to fit.

Damn, it's so annoying,I want to hum it to you all and you'd know immediately!
