NYPD BLUE

hi there does anyone have series 3 of NYPD BLUE? if so is there anyway of getting the 3rd disc, my husband bought the series a while ago but with one thing and another we've only just got round to watching them only to discover disc 3 is missing, we got it from play.com but it's past the 7 day return so they won't replace it, so was wondering if anyone can help please.
