In all the series, has any competitor ever received the maximum score of four tens?

Yes I think they did but for the life of me I can't recall who... a few series back I feel.

it has happened more than once - I think Alesha got 4 tens, and a couple of others whose names totally escape me at the moment

Can anyone cast their mind back about 2 or 3 series back, when SCD had 2 guest professionals doing a tango (Argentinian?) show dance? - they were absolutely brilliant and the woman had very short white blonde hair (I think!) - I've been on YouTube, but I can't find it anywhere! It doesn't help when you can't remember their names either - thanks for any help.
