When I was a kid, the BBC used to broadcast ghost stories around Christmas time.

I have a vague recollection of one which was a story about two Victoria children, and at the end of the story, they were revealed to be ghosts who'd had their hearts stolen.

It scared the bejesus of of me, but I can't now remember what it was called

Any ideas?

Thanks all for the replies - now I need to find a DVD of the film to check whether it really WAS terrifying, or whether I was just a wimpy kid.
