saw a bit of this film the other night, the bit where he wakes from the hospital and wanders over westminster bridge and thru a deserted city centre and it left me wondering how they did this ? its not just the fact that its deserted and eerily quiet but also all the litter, damage, missing persons notes etc etc.obviously it was filmed very early in the morning but even so its still spooky to watch!
anyone know how ?

They would have placed all the litter and then cleaned it up afterwards. The damage - well, i can't remember exactly what was damaged as it's a while since I saw it, but a fair bit may have been done on the computer.
I agree - bloomin spooky. Mind you, I got totally freaked out the other week when Big Ben stopped! Ooo-er!
