I thought Ecclestone made a great Doctor and it's a great shame he only wanted to do one series. Let's hope Tennant can do as well!

I heard the Christopher said all along that he would only do one series but they chose not to announce it.

He's the best doctor ever.

Ecclestone only wanted to do one season, and the production team wanted his regeneration at the end of the series to be a total supprise. Unfortunately news leaked out that Ecclestone was going, so the BBC tried miss-leading us by saying he would be in the Christmas Special, when he will regenerate.

If David Tennant is half as funny as the new Doctor as he was in 'Casanova' earlier this year, he will be Fantastic. Give him a chance!
