Why wasn't Rupert Everett credited in this film despite playing an important part ? does this happen often in films?

no idea why, but there are at three actors who were uncredited in the film

perhaps as sometimes happens the person isn't happy with their performance and asks to be taken off the credits..

I could understand that if he'd given a poor performance or if the film had been derided, though I know that wouldn't necessarily be know when the film was released, who were the other two?
