It's filmed quite a bit in advance and there have been quite a few schedule
cancellations due to sport etc.
Presumably, all recorded in the winter months?
is it set in Britain?

well, there you are then. 50 weeks of winter in most of Britain.

Just thought they could have made it less obviously winter by avoiding shots of snow-covered roads.....
And its not consistent - shot of The Mill 6 inches of the white stuff, cut to shot of patients house and the sun is shining and not a scrap of slush to be seen!!
They ought to sack whoever's responsible for the continuity.
