On Is it Something I Said. The most annoying man ever on my tv, after Jimmy Carr and Alan Carr and a few others.

Surely those aren't his own teeth?

I think he is desperately unfunny.
He is second on the list of comedians I despise, after Andy Parsons
No matter how many times I hear that 'out, out' it still cracks me up. Growing up for us was exactly like that 'are we going out, or out out tonight' lol
Is it that accent that puts you off Mrs O? :)
Strange how people can despise comedians? You either like them or don't, so don't watch them. But despise seems a bit strong.
Perhaps the word despise was a bit strong. 'Dislike intensely' is probably more appropriate.
Rocky, it is not just the accent - I find his humour banal and irritating. If he is on TV I change channels
>>>>Why is swearing so bad?

I hate comedians who swear because it is an "easy" way to get a laugh.

I went to a comedy night in a small club a few months ago.

One of the comedians was not that good so to "improve" his comedy he stuck "F**KING" in front of many sentences to get a stronger laugh.

One routine was about him getting a haircut, and he could not just say "haircut" it had to be "F**KING haircut".

I stopped listening to him after a while because I hate the sort of comedian who just uses swearing to get a laugh and I started watching the audience.

And it was wierd how when he DID put the F word in it got a bigger laugh.

Strange how, like 6 year old kids, we think saying a swear word makes it funnier. Like young kids giggling at the word "willie".

I much prefer a comedian who gets his laughs by clever comedy, like Harry Hill who I have never heard swear once, than the morons who think saying the F word every sentence makes them "cool".
''I much prefer a comedian who gets his laughs by clever comedy, like Harry Hill''

Fcuk me that's the funniest thing I've read on here today ;-p
VHG - I am surprised at anyone classing Harry Hill as a "clever" comedian. He does a sketch called "Albino Night" which takes the mickey out of people with Albinism.
I don't find mocking a disability the least bit amusing
I'd find him funnier if he wasn't a cockney.
Lol snags
What's wrong with cockney?

davetuc
tonyav - northern racist!

LOL, I don't live in the North.
lol... just racist then ;-p

I find Flannagan's wet look mullet perm more offensive, but hey...
Still didn't answer the question 'What's wrong with cockney?' Is it the accent or the people in general? And why the dislike?
Nothing wrong with it, if you like it that is.
I lot of the humour is in the accent, it's the way a joke/story is delivered. I've rarely heard anyone funny, speaking with a non regional accent.
Ah the Cockernees !!

It makes it funnier when you know people like it :)
I like this sketch.
