Just as I was to switch over Daniel O'Donnell was on and a photo of him and his wife Majella appeared - alas poor Majella is coming through cancer and is going through chemo - I did not know this.

Her chemo's finished but she's having a double mastectomy soon as a preventative measure. What a massive decision to have to make but I think I'd do the same.
