Nip / Tuck Music - Series Finale

I just watced the Series Finale of Nip Tuck on Channel 4, ended at about 1:45 am on 18th August.

During the final few minutes (ie while the woman was going through the airport etc) there was a song playing, a guy singing his heart out playing the piano.

It sounded really good, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the name of the song and the artist.

Can I just ask....why was it on so late?  Can't believe I missed it.. I thought they weren't putting it on as a film with on instead.  I'm gutted I missed it.

C4 have pretty much given up on  the show (I don't think they are planning on buying any future seasons), and so just shoved the final eps out at any old time to stop people complaining.

At least they bothered to broadcast what they bought! Sky One have held/are holding the rights to She Spies (now to be shown by Sci-Fi), Harsh Realm, and Jeremiah Season 2 and have yet to show a single episode of any of the three.

And what about Season 5 (the final season) of 'Angel'' ??

Sky showed Angel S5, I don't know if C4 ever showed or even bought it.

It seems as if there are certain shows where the vast majority of the audience has (or decides to subscribe to) cable/satellite and so don't do as well when/if a terrestrial channel decides to show it. I think "Angel" was one of those cases.

I liked that music too - saw your posting and checked it out on i tunes. On there it is called all i know but its by Lee Lessack. hope that helps....and hope nip/tuck stays on channel 4 !!

sorry - me again was looking at the wrong thing....I think it was covered by Jimmy Webb on htat last nip/tuck episode - not lee lessack or art garfunkel. Same song just different covers...try them all and take your pick!!
