Mazda 2 Windows
I have a Mazda 2 (08 plate) car and it is a little gem, unfortunately the front passenger window won't open (electronic) and I am dreading how much it is going to cost, do I have to go to a Mazda dealer or is it a simple problem, does anyone know?

It could be one of several things...broken wire in the wiring-loom that's in the rubber gaiter that you can see when you open the door, dodgy connector, burnt-out (or jammed) motor etc.

When you press window switch can you hear the motor working? if so, it's either the cable ( If Cabled) or the lower part of the window has come out of the track Guide. Try swapping the switch from the Drivers Door to the Passenger door first, that way it will tell you if it's the switch, if not, can you take off the Door Card ( Panel) then you will most likely see the problem. the door card is not a big job to remove.
