Spoiler Alert is a gentle way of allowing those who aren't familiar with forthcoming plots to feel all of the tension :-(

Not everyone watches these shows live, many record them and watch them days later.

So putting a spoiler like that right at the start of your "question" was rather insensitive.

Why not put "Casualty spoiler alert" as your question, then add an append with the plot details.

Then if somebody does not want to look they can skip over your "question".
