I've always felt uncomfortable about top sportsman Gary Lineker advertising crisps, Daniel Sturridge promoting Subway.....and now I see Judy Murray going on and on about cakes: https://twitter.com/judmoo
Shouldn't they be encouraging healthy eating instead?

They probably would if they were paid enough.
I suppose the argument is that any food is fine in moderation.
Crisps subs and cake are not unhealthy as long as you restrict your intake of them.
No food is unhealthy, some have more fat salt and sugar than others.
Gary Lineker's message could be that if you keep yourself as fit and healthy as him and exercise as much as him, you can eat a bag of crisps.
Exercise is the key -they all have active lifestyles.
Why?
In the same vein, remember the girls who advertised Flake and Bounty? I am sure they didn't spend their days lying in fields or under coconut trees gorging on chocolate.
Why is subway unhealthy? Aren't they just sandwiches.
I've only ever been in subway once. I did taste a meatball one and it was pretty gross.

My son likes them and gets ham and cheese. It looks like real ham and real cheese to me.

I wouldn't touch any of the other meats though....

Personally I'd be happy with a salad sub.
