...only a few minutes now before the moons shadow departs the surface of the sun... Thankyou Sky News, that has given me a new insight into matters astronomical :-)

i took a photo, quite chuffed with myself, was difficult trying to get a pic through the clouds.

I now, however, can't see a thing as I did the one thing I drummed into Mini Boo she couldn't do, shhh, don't tell her!
Thought it was a bit of an anti-climax due to the cloudy conditions. I missed the last one in 1999 as I was in hospital with a broken leg! Oh well, maybe the next one will be better.
Absolutely fabulous view of the eclipse in Warrington throughout. I couldn't believe it as it was cloudy, but the sun still visible! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
I had a brilliant view and didn't even have to move from the sofa :-)
Much better in the 'flesh' though ummmm !
