I watched the new version, it was awful. Parker looks like Barry Manilow, Lady penelope has morphed into a wag and as for Brains well what can i say.
Bring back the original strings and all!

I only watched the first 5 minutes and then turned over to another channel, didn't think much of it at all.

I thought Parker looked very like he always did - we are watching it now on catch-up. Lady Penelope is nothing like her previous character, but they said that they tried to bring her into the 21 Century, rather than looking like Posh Barbie.

Didn't see it but saw the photo of Parker and Lady Penelope in the newspaper. Can't imagine what they were on to think that apperance update was a good idea.

Oh dear. Bring back the puppets - much better than this dreadful cartoon attempt. Missed the first bit so Mr Q and I wondered where Jeff was, also TinTin. The quality of animation was very poor. The whole thing was a total waste of time.

I loved the original when I was a kid so I watched this, I thought it was pretty good, yes things are different but you'd expect that for a CGI reboot.

methyl, on Easter Saturday ITV1 broadcast episodes 1&2 in a one-hour slot, episode 3 is on ITV1 this coming Saturday, 11th April at 8am - its regular time slot on ITV1 from now on. It is shown at the same time on the CITV channel and repeated the following day at 3pm on CITV only.
