Humans Ch4 Last Night.....

I was looking forward to this at first, then it started to get very confusing for me, and dont think I will bother following it.

Was it just me?

It was a little confusing but I think it's one of those where you have to persevere past the first episode for the story to develop.

The first episode is always the hardest. I'm going to stick with it.

I'm not sure but like organ donation I think this is whole body donation (or theft) and then they are turned into robots and for some it didn't completely work.

I could be completely wrong.

@Old Geezer - I too am confused about what the confusing bits were. But anyway, Mrs Backdrifter and I thought it was a promising first episode, well-paced and compelling enough to make us want to see what happens next.

The only thing I can think of is an explanation as to why there was a group of sentient humanoids roaming free.

It was made clear they were created deliberately, but the rest is surely going to be made clear as the plot develops.

My guess is that elderly Doctor was modifying robots to be more Human. That's why he refused to let his robot go for dismantling; as it would reveal 'what was inside'.

I quite enjoyed it,and didn't find it confusing at all. Sure there were unanswered questions...but there's 7 more episodes to answer them!

it is taking it's time to get going however, i agree that given another couple of episodes, the plot will become apparent and questions will be answered as one the how's and why's

(maybe it's me - but i feel that the obscenities used were unnecessary)

I quite enjoyed it and will certainly give it a few more episodes before pulling the plug on it, although 8 episodes is quite a lot to wade through.

I wasn't confused per se but accept that there were a number of questions I had at the end but that is what I'd expect from a series.

Honestly cannot recall any obscenities.

It was my understanding that they are Automatons (Robots) but some have broken their programming and are becoming more of an Artificial Intelligence. (Self aware, free will etc..)
