Help Needed Please Windows 10

I am still grappling with this new system and wishing I never bothered! I reckon it may be fine for someone who uses the PC a lot, or runs a business. I just like to check emails etc which I can do on my kindle! The size of the text is slightly too big for the screen. I have to manoeuvre the scroll bars to gat a complete page showing in its entirety. Any clues please?

Hold down the Ctrl key and the - key together.

I did that and now it's tiny! How do I reverse?

control 0 (zero) takes it back to 100%
control + enlarges it

Thanks I just worked it out - panic over! This takes years off my life.
