Help appreciated. In a TV advert which building society/bank did a customer enquire about charges when withdrawing money on holiday, to be told that its like a tip for the chairman's bubbly?...

Now I'm wracking my brains, it was the series of ads done by a chubby Peter Kay type who has gone on to star in some comedy dramas - i think he may have been the one who pretended his wife had died in the drama earlier this year all about the car lot and what happens to the staff - all on the tip of my tongue..anyone??
