There's the Christmas special to come, they'll have saved something good for that.
I don't know, Mally....they may, as Robinia says, save it for Christmas....but I thought he was a bit wet when they parted.

He should have dragged her into the bushes crying......
I don't care about your past!!!! I love you and if it means giving up my title to marry you I will!!!!....☺
Yes it seems that the 'baddie' got her man, while ...........

For saying that this was the last ever episode, not counting the Christmas special, it seemed to have left too much hovering in thin air.
I think Edith & Tom will be together by Christmas and Anna will have her baby. Fingers crossed.
Has it finished?

Thank goodness.
Well, I hope the obnoxious Mary comes to a sticky end and is killed off !
I want Denker to get her comeuppance. I would also like Cora to be able to say her husband's name properly, instead of simpering "rabbert" all the time.
I always think Cora looks Like a wet weekend.
Cora is gorgeous.
Edith and Tom? Really? Can't see that myself. I reckon her beau will be back and they'll get married. I think a lot of lose ends will be tied up in the Christmas special.
The very final scene ever is of Edith stepping out from The Ritz Hotel and looking happy. Make of that what you will....

I thought it was of her watching the children at play?
If Edith doesn't finish up with Tom then I'll have him myself!
"He shall prick that annual blister, marriage with deceased wife's sister". W.S. Gilbert, "Iolanthe".
Tom and Edith??
Deceased Wife's Sister Marriage Act was 1907, so it might happen.
aog @12.50. I mean the final scene EVER, the one to be shown on Christmas Day.

The actress herself and the actor who plays Mr Carson were interviewed just after the filming finished and that's what they said. They didn't go into any detail at all , just that the final scene ever is of Edith at The Ritz. We shall see...
mally... but it's also wishful thinking too !! xx
