I heard that Dermot O'Leary is being asked to return to x factor (thank goodness) to replace the shouty Flack person and the out of depth but otherwise talented Olly Murrs. Any comments?

TV in the UK is rapidly becoming as cut-throat as its American counterpart. It's clear that Ms Flack and Mr Murs didn't have what it takes - they audience hasn't taken to them, and the logical thing to do is to go with what works - which is Mr O'Leary. Can't comment on this last series, I didn't watch it because it is formulaic and no longer entertaining , I feel. Will...

It's clear that Ms Flack and Mr Murs didn't have what it takes - they audience hasn't taken to them, and the logical thing to do is to go with what works - which is Mr O'Leary.
Can't comment on this last series, I didn't watch it because it is formulaic and no longer entertaining, I feel.
Will be interesting to see what happens, but it won't tempt me back - I dread the return of Louis Walsh - a man with the rare gift of being able to reach the end of a sentence, and have you already forget what the beginning of it was.
