I usually am very pleased with Jamie Oliver's recipes, but this one was awful. Tray bake Maryland Chicken. Mr. Sam said it was dreadful, which makes me annoyed because I was only trying to make something different. He could have said " very nice dear, but don't cook it again " I am *** off with him now. Really *** off.

Give him some tomato ketchup or something to cover it and the taste.

I love Chicken Maryland - not sure about the tray bake bit though.

I have never had an original Chicken Maryland. But this was awful. The recipe called for stuffing the chicken breast with banana. Is that like the original recipe ?? With Mr Sam, rather than ketchup it would soy sauce, garlic and ginger ! Yugh ! With banana stuffed chicken. :(

It was Mammy. As you no doubt know, there are few things better then making a meal that is thoroughly enjoyed, and really awful when you cook a meal that is not well received, to put it politely. Tomorrow he can bloody cook.

Poor thing is probably expecting my usual Mum's Food. He's coming home to banana stuffed chicken breast., think I will disappear before he comes home .
