Thought I might give it a try, Are You Being Served on now, not impressed and canned laughter awful, why do they want to remake classics never be the same as the originals, turning off now!

I watched AYBS for 10 minutes, then switched off. (Repeated "pussy" jokes became predictable and boring.) Gave Porridge a try, turned that off too. Nobody can fill Ronnie Barker's shoes.

Must watched it and lasted 5 minutes. Awful!!

I was not impressed at all. I watched both and failed to laugh once!!!
Steptoe is up next and this used to be my fave sitcom!

appalling , i couldnt watch more than a few minutes. an insult to the fine actors who were the original characters

Loved it, laughed practically all the way through, the actor playing Mr Humphries was FAB !

AYBS was terrible, Porridge was brilliant though.
