Do the writers do any research at all? Faye posted Craig's letter to his dad in prison on Friday and he gets a reply today!? I've had the experience of writing to someone regularly in prison and it takes several days for them to get it, then their replies are checked before being posted back. It can take 10 days easily. Yes I know it's not real. But it's meant to reflect real life lol.on a good day he wouldn't have got the letter till Saturday. No post on a Sunday so no way possible a reply would have arrived today. And yes I'm over thinking this lol

In Emmerdale, Rakesh has fraudulently taken £20,000 out of the Sharma & Sharma bank account, tried to cover himself by saying that there was some sort of problem at the bank (and tried to get Chrissie to lend him the money, but she refused), but Jai, Priya and their father have still not noticed the money is missing!

There was a Corrie episode years ago when Ken was Editor of the Weatherfield Gazatte, and he was living with a local Councillor called Wendy Crozier. She let slip some Council gossip over breakfast, and Ken put it on the front page, printed it and had the newspaper delivered to every house in Weatherfield, by lunchtime. An amazing tirnaround time. That would normally be a 7 day process.
