From the article on the BBC web site it seems they must have offered her a deal on new shows.

I don't blame her for staying though. Why jump ship when the reality for her is she doesn't need to slavishly follow trends.mshe just needs to keep doing what she does best.

Probably best to retain the balance with a mature female chef. There may be someone who isn't already a celeb chef out there, but looking at present celebs Delia Smith springs to mind. Going younger there are Lorraine Pascal, Rachel Khoo, and no doubt others.

Apparently Mary , Mel and Sue have agreed to stay together and form a new BBC cookery show

Mary doesn't really want to start again with a new channel, its not as if she needs to work. Paul on the other hand, has nothing else and needs to stick with it.

As for Mary's replacement, I'd put my money on it being Nadiya.
