weird for just a one off hour show, unless this is part of a new series of one off's in that time slot. I think they could have explored it further, horrible postion for someone to be in .
I recorded it and was going to watch tonight but the review wasn't very complimentary about the ending so I may not bother. Don't like endings that leave questions unanswered.
gingejbee I hate it if I've sat through a film or TV programme for an hour or more only to find it has a rubbish ending. If enough people say the same thing, I won't waste my time watching it.
Oh Barsel, please dont let me put you off watching it. It was a good little drama. It didnt leave you with lots of unanswered questions at the end.. just that the guilty person wasnt who I expected it to be.
I thought it was excellent, and a realistic situation that many families can find themselves in.
Well acted, understated drama. It could have been dragged out in to a full blown series with the same ending but it was far more punchy being compact.
I know naomi, that's why I put twist in inverted commas. I thought it was the Dad until she rang the unknown 'phone no. at his house. Thought it was very good.
I never thought it was the dad? It kept me on the edge of my seat -
and as I'm a woman with a daughter and a much younger partner it did make me uncomfortable. The ending was abrupt but not bad.
