I agree with you, Eve. Anton is hopeless at the Latin dances, is not a great choreographer and is a very average teacher.
There is something about him that makes my skin crawl.

I love the dancing but it's spoilt a little for me because of the awful singing.

Don't know how Dave Arch and his 'wonderful' singers survive year after year.

I agree Darcey, some of the songs are awful! They ruined Firework and an Adele one this week.

I usually watch this avidly every year but due to work etc I’ve not managed this year. However, the odd clip I’ve seen has been painful to watch with Alexandra Burke sobbing constantly and over reacting to the judges comments

I think Anton will be pleased to go. He wasn’t taking it seriously....and he has a debut album of his singing (if it can be so called) to promote for the Christmas market

If Ruth got thru a Rumba and Samba, she should have easily got thru a Foxtrot....especially with Anton. Looked to me like he wasn’t trying - in fact he was messing around, even messing up - and went all gobby at the judges which didn’t help either. No wonder Ruth was in tears last night. This should be his last series

We thought the same in our living room, Gogglebox style. Anton was smirking in his last few dances with Ruth, as if he wasn't taking it seriously. Last week his fall on the floor looked deliberate. This week he admitted taking the wrong route down the steps, then he had a pop at all the judges...a sure fire way to lose votes, and partly what got James Jordan fired. His mistakes alone should get him axed from the series. Time for Anton to foxtrot oscar
