Agree with No Mercy, puzzing in then spending ages thinking - not on. Fairly easy questions I thought.

It could certainly do with speeding up but it's not the worst quiz on the box. Surely that honour must go to Eggheads with the awful egotistical Jeremy Vine.
While we are on the subject of awful quiz shows, about a couple of years ago, i watched the very early episodes of Bullseye and, boy, were they dire. Instead of cancelling the show, the powers that be tweaked it here and there and it became regular family viewing.

Watched a few minutes, got bored, and moved on.

Where was Robert Robinson with his distinctive diction, fabulous comb-over and precise courtesies, especially with wrong answers - "Would that it were Mrs Gubbins, would that it were ...."

I remember the old Ask the Family with the very prim-looking boys in their school uniforms, and the parents looking very proud of their clever offspring. You couldn't bring that back, nor could you bring back Bullseye. 'Look what you could've won!'

No, let's stick with things like Pointless, The Chase, Mastermind and Only Connect. They'll do us for a while :)

If they were the 'brightest', with their Phd's and Master's Degrees, lawd help the rest of us poor mortals trying to answer such simple questions.

At least this dire program is not paid for out of our license fee!

I agree with everything already said. I thought Anne was a very good host, and she did all she could but I wont be watching it again. It left me wondering why did they need to keep raising the seats up? No, sorry Anne please stick to the Chase or find another quiz show with a better format..

Glad I'm not on my own hating this quiz!!!! Apart from all the previous comments I thought the kids were dead smug and I felt embarrassed for Anne. What a load of rubbish!

I have 3 GCSEs and a Stage III Typing 'sustificut' and I could answer nearly all of the questions.

Would need a lot of tweaking:
- stop raising the chairs
-answer immediately the buzzer is pressed
-when person gets a qn wrong pass it over to the other team instead of giving them the points without answering
-stop the nominating of another member...
Agree with not liking the smugness of the chn, such an unattractive trait, especially the girl who kept hand slapping etc. Was hoping they would lose!
