The brief claims his ex makes in this statement suggests to me that there is a mega tabloid exclusive up for grabs, and if Knowles can’t stop that or prove it to be false maybe it could be career over. Yes there should always be more than one side to a story, but look how many celebs have been arrested, banned, exposed etc on the basis of accusations before they’ve had a chance to prove their innocence
Suspended for what?
There is no law, as far as I am aware, stopping someone being an ass in thier divorce and renaming on long held plans.
Although using his son in this way makes him an utter *** as far as I am concerned it is no different to any number of arrogant and often controlling men.
He might have said he won't pay legal fees but isn't that up to a judge to decide? And in any case she could site 'gaslighting', with the requisite proof or backup, and any judge worth thier salt will see through these tactics.

Why should he pay to send his child to a private school, the child is only three years old.
If she so desires to get the 3 year old out the way, send him to nursery, then when he is older send him to private school, she will be able to afford it with the huge divorce settlement she will obviously receive.
