Today's Eggheads-How Much Worse Can The Challengers Get

Three of the challengers answered only one question correct between them .Surely it must be nearly time for three chimpanzees to take their chance. Do the interviewers actually get paid for putting these teams forward

They used to ban teams who were thought to be experts apparently: which seems a bit daft.

Gollob, I have to agree with you, this show has played itself out. I would not consider going on there to show them how to do it.

I was thinking the same thing about the Contestants on The Chase. I nearly posted about it.

I know my brain would turn to mush under studio situations, so am cautious in criticsing others. I do punch the air when I get an answer the quiz show contestants don't though.

The only quiz programme worth watching is University Challenge. The rest are just fodder for the hard of thinking.

At least we got to find out what happens on The Chase when none of the contestants get through. I have never seen that happen before.

In reply to Baldric Yes I have . I went with my team and at the interview played another team . There were 6 of us and won every round against the other team including the final. Never heard another thing until the team we beat suddenly turned up on the programme. I phoned them afterwards but they would not speak to me

If you want to see top quizzers playing each other then you go to a QLL match or something.

On pointless last night they asked for medal winners in the 2016 olympics, the woman did the mobot sign whilst saying "Mo Mowlem" - PMSL! Armstrong nearly wet himself too!
