I think body dysmorphia is one of the saddest fall-outs from the celebrity culture we endure today.
It's especially sad when it applies to someone like Katie Price who was born with levels of physical attraction that a lot of women dream of - only to have systematically dismantled them with endless surgical procedures in search of a perceived perfection which can never exist.
I think she is a bright, sharp, feisty, humorous woman with a clever business brain, but she is forever shackled by insurmountable insecurities which doom her to alter her physicality again and again, with inevitably diminishing returns.
