My favourite Saturday night programme, Casualty, if off again! Not for football this time, but for the Queen's Birthday Party. Not interested as I didn't get an invite!

Well no one wants an invite to Casualty either;-)

Never mind, soon be back.
Yes it's so annoying isn't it? They take off Casualty whenever BBC1 decide they've got something 'better' to put on.
Poor Bea, got to lie in that alleyway for another week.

It really does my nut in when TV channels just drop regular programmes to make way for something they think is better.
In the age of digital and multi TV channels why not move it to BBC 2 or the Red Button for genuine fans. ARRGH!!!
They also do this with Holby City in Scotland - moving from Tuesday to Wednesday if they put on those crappy 'Imagine' programmes.
I got a phone call at work telling me my wife was in casualty but after watching it twice I didn't spot her
Been watching but the royals look less than happy
Poor old Queenie - being made to sit through this crappen when she could have been in a sofa with a quilt on, downing her gin and dubonnet and watching the day's racing....or maybe she has done that? If so, she and Phil watching '70 Somethings Bonnking Braces' on the VHS.
In fact it's almost enough for the Queen to order up a RAF aircraft up for a one way ticket to Switzerland....with Phil, of course. Maybe it's all a put-up job by Kingy-thing-in-being, PC?
Quite, whoever chose Shaggy to sing more than one song for the queen needs to be sent to the tower and the key thrown away ASAP
Who knows how many more special days like this we'll get to share in?

I thought it a grand show.
Quite, whoever chose Shaggy to sing

WOW Shaggy was on, I wish I had watched it now.
He was spot on.
I'll see if I can get it on iplayer tomorrow then, Mamya.
>Quite, whoever chose Shaggy to sing more than one song for the queen needs to be sent to the tower and the key thrown away ASAP

The question was asked but the answer that kept coming back was: "It wasn't me..."
She did that one, yes :-)
Zoe that is, not the Queen.
We did have a Queen Carolina at one time though.
Thought it was a great show and Sting and Shaggy were the best act. Great that the Queen came down to the stage. You can watch Casualty any old time on BBC iPlayer.
