Weeds - Sky One
3 Answers
At the end of this (absolutely fab) program on Tuesday, the blonde woman said something like 'I'm ok, I've had the lube'. We've re-played this over and over and again but nobody in my household understands what she said, or the relevance of it.
Obviously it's the key to the next episode - can anyone help??! (NB - If it's something REALLY obvious please don't laugh at my ignorance!...)

Lude is an informal term for Quaalude (kway-lood), a trademark used for the drug methaqualone, which acts as a sedative and induces euphoria.

BTW I do not think that this is the key to the next episode.
Throughout this ep. (entitled "Lude Awakening") Celia searches for alternative methods to deal with her breast cancer, e.g. the faith healer, and appears to be headed toward illegal drug use when she makes reference to her posessing the Quaalude during the PTA meeting. Her use of the pill at the end of the ep. ties up the story arc.
