Adding E Mail Contacts
3 Answers
Hi. I used to use Windows Live Mail until a recent Windows upgrade which meant everything had to be resets and Windows Live Mail isn't supported anymore. I now have to use Virgin Media webmail but it keeps putting mail into spam, even though I have added the organisation as a contact. The e mails don't have a add to safe senders button as Live Mail did, how can I stop these e mails going into spam. Many thanks

Just a thought though:
As well as adding the senders of 'false spam' to your contacts, have you also been clicking on the 'Not Spam' button after selecting a mis-directed email? In my experience (with another webmail system), that's far more likely to get your mail going to the right place than simply relying upon your contacts list.

Then use Thunderbird and/or a better email service. (You shouldn't be using email provided by your ISP anyway, as that could cause problems if you ever wanted to switch to a different ISP). My own choice is https:/ /www.gm x.co.uk /
